These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and your participation in our coaching, intuitive guidance, holistic nutrition, mentorship, and related services.

By using this website or purchasing or booking a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. Where a separate written agreement applies to a particular service or program, that agreement will also apply.

Please read these terms carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Nature of Services

Create Live Nurture Studio offers holistic coaching and intuitive guidance for women seeking to reconnect with their own knowing, find alignment, and live more authentically.

Our approach may bring together:

• Holistic coaching and personal reflection

• Intuitive and psychic insight

• Holistic nutrition guidance

• Creativity and creative exploration

• Educational resources, practices, and recommendations

Services may include The 12-Week Mentorship, individual virtual coaching sessions, introductory conversations, and related educational materials.

Our work supports self-awareness, reflection, personal discernment, and the integration of insights into everyday life.

Services are offered for personal development and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Intuitive and Psychic Guidance

Intuitive and psychic perception may form part of the guidance offered through Create Live Nurture Studio.

Intuitive impressions, perceptions, and interpretations are offered as perspectives for reflection and exploration. They are not presented as objective facts, guaranteed predictions, or definitive statements about your life, relationships, health, or future.

You are encouraged to exercise your own judgment and discernment when considering any guidance offered.

You remain the authority on your own life. You are not expected to accept an interpretation or make a decision simply because it has been suggested during a session.

No particular personal, spiritual, emotional, relationship, health, or lifestyle outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Professional Scope

The founder's professional background includes holistic nutrition and coaching. Any professional credentials and memberships identified on the website should be understood within their applicable scope and limitations.

Holistic nutrition guidance is complementary and educational. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice.

You are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes, particularly where you have existing health concerns or take prescribed medication.

Coaching and intuitive guidance are not medical or mental health treatment. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in services, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed to in writing and permitted by law.

By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for its delivery.

5. Bookings and Payment

Appointments may be scheduled through Acuity Scheduling, and payments may be processed through Stripe or other payment methods expressly offered by Create Live Nurture Studio.

Prices will be presented at the time of booking or purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required.

Payment for The 12-Week Mentorship is due according to the payment terms presented at purchase or agreed to in writing before the mentorship begins.

Where instalment plans are offered, the applicable amounts, payment dates, and conditions will be disclosed before enrolment.

An introductory conversation is an opportunity to explore the nature of the work and determine whether the mentorship may be appropriate for you. Any fees or specific conditions for that conversation will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Individual sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used sessions, subject to applicable law and any written agreement governing the booking.

Sessions included in The 12-Week Mentorship are intended to be completed within the designated 12-week period unless another arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawals from services or programs are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase, any applicable written agreement, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

7. Personal Responsibility and Outcomes

The work offered through Create Live Nurture Studio invites reflection, awareness, and personal choice. Each person's experience and outcomes will be different.

We do not guarantee specific changes in self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, relationships, health, lifestyle, finances, or other areas of life.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and choices arising from your participation. You are encouraged to consider guidance thoughtfully and seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Participation is voluntary, and you may raise questions or concerns about the approach at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Original materials provided by Create Live Nurture Studio, including written frameworks, recipes, educational resources, creative prompts, session materials, and mentorship content, are owned by or used with permission by Create Live Nurture Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Information shared during sessions is treated with care and discretion. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Confidentiality may be subject to legal obligations and other applicable exceptions, including circumstances in which disclosure is required or authorized by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Create Live Nurture Studio is not responsible for decisions you make independently based on educational content, coaching discussions, or intuitive impressions, or for outcomes arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

11. Website Use

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

You agree not to use this website unlawfully or reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

We may update, modify, or discontinue website content or features from time to time.

12. Third-Party Services

Bookings and payments may be facilitated through third-party providers, including Acuity Scheduling and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of their services.

Our use of these providers does not remove any responsibilities or obligations that apply to Create Live Nurture Studio under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in services, website features, or applicable legal requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, together with applicable federal laws of Canada.
