Welcome to Create Live Nurture Studio. By accessing this website or enrolling in any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

Create Live Nurture Studio offers private coaching and holistic nutrition guidance designed to support intentional, sustainable change in how you eat, live, and relate to yourself.

Services may include:

  • The Living Practice (12-week private mentorship)

  • 1:1 virtual coaching sessions

  • Plant-based recipes, frameworks, and reflective practices

  • Educational resources and recommendations

All services are educational and coaching-based in nature.

They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or licensed healthcare services.

2. Professional Scope

The founder of Create Live Nurture Studio is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Coach, and a member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-Pro).

Holistic nutrition is complementary and educational. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.

You agree to consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes.

You understand that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in services.

By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in CAD.

Payment is due in full prior to the start of The Living Practice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Because this is a private, reserved mentorship experience, refunds are not offered once purchase is completed.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions must be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be forfeited.

All sessions must be completed within the designated 12-week container unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Results & Responsibility

Transformation is personal and cannot be guaranteed.

Create Live Nurture Studio makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Health outcomes

  • Weight changes

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Financial or lifestyle results

Your results depend on your participation, consistency, and unique circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including written frameworks, recipes, session content, creative prompts, and program structure — remain the intellectual property of Create Live Nurture Studio.

Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

What is shared within sessions is treated with care and respect.

However, coaching is not a regulated healthcare or therapeutic relationship. Confidentiality is maintained to the best of professional ability but is not subject to the same legal protections as psychotherapy.

Information may be disclosed if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in services, you agree that Create Live Nurture Studio is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages

  • Personal injury or health outcomes

  • Emotional distress

  • Financial or lifestyle decisions made as a result of participation

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

10. Website Use

All website content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.

11. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
