ABOUT ME
I believe the way we eat, create, and move through our days reflects how we relate to ourselves.
The Living Practice grew from a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour, nourishment, and the quiet rituals that shape a life.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Coach, and Artist with a background in applied arts and art direction. Before stepping fully into this work, I spent years designing experiences, observing patterns, and learning how people actually live—not how they say they want to live.
My works sits at the intersection of food, creativity, and behaviour. I am interested in what sustains us over time—physically, emotionally, and creatively.
Not extremes. Not perfection. Just practices we can return to.
Work and life experiences have shown me that accessing the wisdom that we all carry within us comes through allowing to feel deeply and connecting with all parts of self, revealing our authenticity to the fullest. Experiences can be unravelling, as I was affected by war, immigration, illness, amidst finding who I am on the other side, feeling fulfilled becomes a layered interaction with self. This is an invitation to a space of discovery.
Based in Canada, working with individuals online.
